Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, torn mint leaves, and crumbled feta cheese.
Add Dressing and Toss
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients. Gently toss everything together to combine.

Tips

To reduce the sharpness of red onions, soak them in ice water for 10-20 minutes after slicing.
Use freshly squeezed lime juice for the best bright and fresh flavor.
If mint is unavailable, fresh basil can be used as a substitute.
To easily cube watermelon, cut it in half, place cut-side down, and cut a grid pattern into the flesh, then cube the resulting sticks.
