Serve with Chips
Serve the Ultimate Cowboy Caviar chilled with tortilla chips for dipping.
Tips
For best flavor, allow the cowboy caviar to chill for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.
Rinsing and draining the canned beans and peas is crucial to remove excess sodium and starchy liquid.
Adjust the amount of jalapeño or chipotle powder to control the spice level to your preference.
If you prefer a less juicy dip, you can drain some of the liquid from the bowl before serving, though the juices are part of the flavor.
