Instructions
1Prepare the Ingredients

Prepare Sausages and Black Pudding
Prick the sausages with a fork. Slice the black pudding into rounds.
Halve Tomatoes
Cut the tomatoes in half.
Prepare Bacon
Lay out the bacon rashers.
Prepare Hash Browns
If using frozen hash browns, prepare them according to package instructions (e.g., oven-baked).
Toast Bread

Brew Tea
Brew a pot of strong tea.
2Cook the Breakfast
30m
Melt Butter
Melt the butter in a large, oven-safe skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
Cook Mushrooms and Onions
Add the sliced mushrooms and chopped onions to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes until softened and lightly browned.
Add Sausages and Black Pudding
Add the sausages and black pudding slices to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned.
Add Tomatoes and Bacon
Add the halved tomatoes and bacon rashers to the skillet. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the tomatoes are softened.
Add Baked Beans
Pour the baked beans into the skillet, nestling them amongst the other ingredients. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and parsley if using. Heat through for 2-3 minutes.
Cook Eggs
Create small wells in the beans and other ingredients. Crack an egg into each well. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are still runny.
Add Hash Browns
Add the prepared hash browns to the skillet to warm through.
3Serve
Plate the Breakfast
Carefully transfer the entire contents of the skillet onto serving plates, or serve directly from the skillet.
Serve with Toast and Tea
Serve the Full English Breakfast with buttered toast and a pot of well-brewed tea.
Tips
Ensure your skillet is large enough to hold all the ingredients without overcrowding.
Adjust cooking times based on the thickness of your sausages and bacon.
For a runnier yolk, cook the eggs for a shorter time; for a firmer yolk, cook them longer.
Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the bacon to ensure it crisps up properly.
