Tips
For a smoother texture, you can use tomato puree instead of fresh diced tomatoes.
If you don't have sucuk or pastırma, chorizo or bacon can be used as alternatives, but adjust salt accordingly.
Any fresh melting cheese that works like mozzarella, young cheddar, or gouda can substitute for kaşar cheese.
Ensure the heat is low when cooking the peppers and tomatoes to prevent burning and allow them to soften properly.
