2Add Wet Ingredients3m
Mix
Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until all dry ingredients are well coated.
3Prepare for Baking5m
Spread
Pour the granola mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread it into a thin, even layer, pressing down to compress it.
4Bake Granola25m
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (149°C).
Bake
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Stir the granola halfway through baking to ensure even cooking.
5Cool and Add Mix-ins30m
Cool
Remove the granola from the oven. Sprinkle your chosen mix-ins on top of the warm granola. Let it cool down completely, untouched, for 30-40 minutes.
6Break and Store2m
Break Clusters
Once fully cooled, break the granola into clusters of your preferred size.
Store
Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Tips

For larger, chunkier clusters, press the granola down firmly on the baking sheet before baking and avoid stirring too much during the baking process.
Ensure the granola is completely cool before breaking it apart; this helps create distinct clusters.
Adjust the sweetness by modifying the amount of maple syrup or honey used, or by adding a touch of stevia if preferred.
