10m
Add Chicken and Dressings
Add the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, and ranch seasoning packet to the skillet with the onions. Stir to combine.
Incorporate Cream Cheese
Begin mixing in the softened cream cheese until it is fully incorporated into the chicken mixture.
Add Hot Sauce and Cheese
Mix in the hot sauce and half of the shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheeses. Reserve the remaining cheese for topping.
Season
Taste the mixture and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder as needed. Note that the ranch seasoning packet may already contain sufficient salt.
4Bake and Serve
20m
Top and Bake
Top the dip with the reserved shredded cheese. Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is browned and the dip is bubbling.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with chopped green onion, if desired. Serve hot with crackers, tortilla chips, or baguettes.
Tips
For a smoother dip, ensure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
If you don't have rotisserie chicken, you can boil or bake chicken breasts until cooked through, then shred.
Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preferred level of spiciness.
This dip can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
