Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Crust Ingredients
In a medium bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and salt until well combined.
Form Crust
Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
Bake Crust
Bake for 8 minutes, until lightly set and fragrant. Let cool completely.
2Assemble the Pie15m
Add Dulce de Leche
Pour 1½ cups of dulce de leche into the bottom of the cooled crust and spread evenly.
Layer Bananas
Arrange the sliced bananas in concentric circles over the dulce de leche layer, overlapping slightly.
Add Toffee and Drizzle
Sprinkle ½ cup of toffee bits over the bananas and drizzle with the remaining ¼ cup of dulce de leche.
3Make Whipped Cream5m
Whip Cream
In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, beat the heavy whipping cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
Top the Pie
Spoon the whipped cream generously over the banana and dulce de leche layer, covering it completely.
Swirl Topping
Dollop small spoonfuls of the remaining dulce de leche over the whipped cream and gently swirl with the back of a spoon.
4Chill and Garnish30m
Chill Pie
Refrigerate the pie for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set.
Garnish
Before serving, garnish the pie with additional toffee bits and banana slices, if desired.

Tips

Ensure bananas are ripe but not overly bruised to avoid excessive sweetness.
Do not use caramel sauce instead of dulce de leche, as it will not set properly.
Dollop the whipped cream on top for a rustic, pillowy appearance.
Cover the bananas completely with filling or cream to prevent browning.
